Eva Warman first came across Qigong while living in Vienna,
in a course at the Buddhist Centre in 1983/84.
After moving to Britain in 1985, Qigong entered her life again during her Shiatsu training. Inspired by her final year Shiatsu teacher Daverick Leggett, who was at that time also qualifying as a Qigong tutor with Master Zhixing Wang, she started attending regular training courses with both these teachers. These classes are designed to help with deep relaxation and re-connecting with your own body and energy state.
Lyndsey Marriott is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator based in Bristol and founder of Bristol Breathwork. It is not simply its ability to regulate our mental and emotional state by shifting the state of our nervous system, but also its ability to heal, by facilitating the release of old patterns of emotional tension buried deep within the body. The profound shifts that occur when the body is invited to initiate its self-healing processes are awe-inspiring. She loves to share this with our guests at Orchardleigh Wellness to work and witness the gentle but transformational impact of breathwork on her clients.
Hazel Hayden serves as a Consultant Nurse, holding the esteemed title of a British Menopause Society Registered Menopause Specialist.
Beyond her clinical expertise, Hazel is actively involved in training other Healthcare Professionals to become British Menopause Society Specialists, contributing to the broader enhancement of Menopause care.
Kayleigh from Sacred Lotus developed a passion for Sound Therapy through her personal journey to nervous system health. Her journey of self healing then led to her on a professional journey to help others experience the same energetic shift she first experienced using sound therapy. Kayleigh now travels all over the South West holding Sound Therapy for Selfcare workshops and Sound Healing sessions both 1-2-1 and in group settings.
Anna Nevala is the founder of Breathe Through, a wellness studio based in East London with Somatics and Psychotherapy. Beyond her professional background, she is a human who has navigated complex trauma. This personal journey has equipped her with deep insight into the toll of repressed emotional pain on our system. She brings empathy and understanding to those feeling stuck, in pain or caught in a cycle. Anna is humbled to work with Orchardleigh Wellness Retreats, and to embrace our Ethos.
Becki has an extensive background in Wellness and as well as retreat cheffing across the UK and Europe, and working as a space holder, she runs her own Bristol clinics offering massage, bodywork, MFR and Reiki.
